Semi-solid cells use a gel or slurry-like electrolyte between conventional liquid LiPo and full solid-state. The manufacturing process stays mature, while energy density rises and the thermal-runaway risk that haunts liquid packs drops.

What is your MOQ for a custom drone battery?
OEM programs start at 50 units, built to your spec. ODM programs start at 200 units from existing configurations. Small trial quantities are possible for standard models so you can validate fit and flight behavior before committing to volume.
How long does a bulk order take?
Functional samples ship in 7–10 days for standard custom designs. Production runs 2–4 weeks after sample approval, depending on volume and complexity. We quote factory days, calendar days and shipping separately.
What certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 and ISO 13485 on our production systems, plus UN38.3 per shipment. CE, UL, UN and GB certification is available on applicable products.
Can you ship drone batteries internationally?
Yes. Every shipment includes UN38.3 test report, MSDS and packing certificate. We export regularly and advise on air versus sea routing for your destination.
How do I pay for an order?
T/T bank transfer, PayPal or Alibaba Trade Assurance. Bulk orders can be invoiced in USD or CNY accounts.
Will the production batch match the approved sample?
Yes. We provide capacity, internal resistance and discharge consistency records per batch, so your quality team can verify against the approved sample spec before the pallets leave the factory.
